Holly S. Cutler - Attorney
     Ms. Cutler has been a lifelong resident of North Carolina. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelors degree from Appalachian State University in 1986. She graduated in 1989 from the Norman A. Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina. While in law school, Ms. Cutler was a member of Women in Law, Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity and was a Trial Advocacy Award recipient.
     Ms. Holly Cutler has been representing the injured since 1991. Prior to founding her own firm, she was a partner at the firm Hafer, McNamara, Caldwell, Cutler & Curtner for five years. Prior to this, Ms. Cutler worked as an associate with the law firm of Stratas & Weathers. Her experience and reputation for success have made her one of North Carolina's leading Workers' Compensation attorneys.
     Ms. Cutler is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, Wake County Bar Association, North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers (Workers’ Compensation Section) and has served as a coach in the North Carolina State Mock Trial Competition. In addition to her professional memberships, Ms. Cutler is also active in a variety of community and charitable organizations.

Elayna Slocum – Paralegal / Office Manager
     Ms. Slocum has been a lifelong resident of North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a Dean’s List student, and graduated with a Bachelors degree in political science in 1996. In 1998, she graduated from the American Bar Association accredited Legal Assistants Program at Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina with a 4.0 grade point average. Ms. Slocum began working with Ms. Cutler at Hafer, McNamara, Caldwell, Cutler & Curtner in 1998 and joined her to form The Law Offices of Holly S. Cutler in 2000. Ms. Slocum is a member of the Raleigh-Wake Paralegal Association.
